Navidence Partners with Komodo Health to Advance Trusted, AI-Powered Healthcare Intelligence

Bountiful, Utah – August 11, 2026 — Navidence, a technology company focused on supporting researchers in defining health data through the deployment of Computable Operational Definitions (CODefs), today announced a strategic partnership with Komodo Health®, the leader in AI-powered healthcare intelligence, to integrate its Navigate:Code Lists into Komodo’s healthcare-native analytics AI platform, Marmot™.

By integrating Navidence’s clinically and programmatically validated code lists and value sets into Marmot, healthcare and life sciences organizations will have access to standardized definitions for identifying and analyzing patient populations, enabling users to translate complex clinical concepts into computable definitions and conduct faster, more reproducible analyses.

“At Komodo, we’re committed to making AI-powered healthcare intelligence more accessible, transparent, and reproducible,” said Brad Kelley, General Manager, Data Strategy, Komodo Health. “By partnering with Navidence, we are further delivering on this commitment by allowing teams to spend less time navigating data complexity and more time generating insights that inform decisions to improve patient outcomes.”

As healthcare and life sciences organizations increasingly rely on real-world data (RWD) to generate evidence, translating research questions into precise, standardized definitions remains a critical challenge. Researchers often need to determine which clinical codes and concepts best represent a disease, condition, treatment, or outcome before they can begin an analysis.

Navidence’s Navigate:Code Lists provides a curated library of validated code lists and value sets designed to help researchers more efficiently define and operationalize these concepts. Integrating this content into Marmot further reduces the manual work required to move from a research question to a defensible analysis, while helping researchers maintain greater consistency and transparency in how populations and outcomes are defined.

"Researchers don't just need an answer, they need to be able to defend how they got it,” said Aaron Kamauu, CEO, Navidence. “By partnering with Komodo, we’re ensuring standards-based, validated, and traceable definitions are built in from the start, so every population and outcome they define holds up under scrutiny. Precision that can be trusted."
